Add Zoho Creator records from new Google Forms responses templates
Every time a new response is entered on your Google Form, Make will automatically add a new order to your Zoho Creator application.
This template uses the Order Management application from Zoho Creator.
Note that these fields are mandatory in Zoho Creator so either your Google Form needs to collect them or you will need to use static values:
- Order Date
- Customer
- Sales Owner
- Estimated Delivery Date
- Tax
- Subtotal (optional)
- Net Total (optional)
The Google Form responses need to be stored in a Google Sheet spreadsheet.
The sample spreadsheet is here.
The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking on the clock icon on the first module.

Add member absence in Status Hero from Google Forms responses
Every time a Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically look the person up on Status Hero by the email from the form response and add an absence in that day to that member. Every time there is a new respond on your Google Form, Make will automatically add a recipient to a Thanks.io mailing list.
Create Active Campaign contacts from new Google Form responses
Every time a new response is entered on your Google Form, Make will automatically create a new contact in ActiveCampaign.
Create Front contacts from Google Forms responses and add them to groups
Every time a new Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically use the email output from that response to look the person up using Clearbit. If it returns a result it will add that person as a contact to Front and add them to a group.
